GoCardless made its name offering a simplified and intuitive interface to recurring payment networks - working with invoice and subscription businesses to effortlessly collect repeat payments from customers. 

Class35 engaged with GoCardless when it was starting to extend from its flagship eponymous core platform into new markets, segments and product offers. Starting with its new global platform - Borderless Payments, followed by its Payment Intelligence product, Success+, we supported them in proposition design, messaging, naming and launch strategy. 

Outcome

  • Defined a methodology for launching new products into new markets and verticals 
  • Borderless Payments launched to a global stage in 2019
  • Success+ launched to a global stage in 2020
