How do we leverage PSD2 compliance as an opportunity to build a better customer experience?

118 Money, the financial services brand that used to be a directory enquiries brand, was looking to update its digital estate to comply with PSD2 strong customer authentication (SCA) regulations. As part of this, it was also looking to refresh its digital servicing proposition to become more operationally efficient and a better experience for customers.

Class35, partnering with LolaTech, designed, developed and launched a cross-platform mobile app to offer customers an easier way to manage their credit cards. Integrating with the underling card issuer platform, we created an intuitive and secure digital experience that solved both customer needs and regulatory requirements.

Outcome:

  • Designed and developed within 4 months
  • Launched across iOS and Android stores
  • Used by tens of thousands of customers
