Transformational, by design.

We started Class35 because we realised that it wasn’t possible to reinvent our clients’ industries without first reinventing our own.

Our model is the antidote to the inexperienced teams, generic frameworks and broken incentives of traditional management consultancy.

We didn’t reverse, pivot or acquire our way into the digital transformation landscape. We united talent around a shared goal and created the business model to deliver real, tangible impact in the world.

We put outcomes over outputs

We put people over process

We put context over cookie cutters

We call ourselves a design native consultancy.

We combine the strengths of management consultancy with those of design agencies, to create commercially-driven, customer-led outcomes.

Our toolkit natively blends traditional consulting, technology implementation and design methods.

Led by an
experienced
team

Previously leaders on the ground from across the digital consultancy landscape, we came together over a shared ambition to help clients transform themselves digitally. And a shared frustration at all of the things within the consulting model that prevents that.

We’ve developed our approach with a range of organisations - from FTSE100 leaders to the fastest growing startups.

Nick then joined EY-Seren as it integrated into EY advisory following acquisition, before founding Class35 with Ben Langdon in 2018.
