Nick has led digital transformation and innovation programmes with several cross-sector blue-chip clients over the last decade, from PoCs to global technology rollouts. He started his career working for IBM and Accenture, before moving into product and service design agencies Grapple and EY-Seren. At Grapple, Nick held a key role in transforming the startup agency into a global innovation agency before and after its £39m acquisition by Monitise plc, before becoming Head of Product for the group. Nick then joined EY-Seren as it integrated into EY advisory following acquisition, before founding Class35 with Ben Langdon in 2018.
Ben has more than 20 years experience as a Chairman and CEO, leading and transforming agency and digital consultancy businesses, from start-ups to those employing 12,000 people. After a successful advertising career leading CDP, Euro RSCG and McCann-Erickson Worldgroup, Ben created and floated Digital Marketing Group on the London Stock Exchange, before guiding design agency Seren to its acquisition by EY in 2016, subsequently becoming a Partner at EY. Ben has since held a variety of non-executive advisory positions for fast growth businesses. Ben founded Class35 with Nick Parminter in 2018.
Al’s professional background covers strategy, brand, and innovation, with experience launching successful brands, reengineering business models, and leading full-business transformations. He joined from EY's digital agency EY-Seren, where he established and led its Business Design practice. Al started his career in Australia where, after starting in strategy consulting, he led strategy at Australia’s largest private health insurer Medibank in the run in to its IPO – one of the largest in Australian history. He has an MBA (Distinction) from the University of Oxford.
George joined from Fjord, where he was a director, working across several high-profile accounts and sitting on the UK leadership team of Accenture Interactive’s Design and Innovation agency. He was instrumental in helping high street giants to embrace new business models and launch new services. Prior to this, George worked at Monitise Create, where he led the award-winning product design team behind an array of other flagship mobile apps blue chip clients.
Prior to joining Class35, Arvid was UX Director at Digitas and Monitise Create. Before moving to London, Arvid was Head of User Experience for Digital Development at Semcon, specialising in blending ergonomic and digital design for connected cars. Arvid has been commercially designing digital products for more than 15 years, previously founding two agencies in his native Sweden and designing numerous video games, including for the Swedish military as part of its leadership development training programme.
